About Our Office

In today’s fast-paced world, it can be hard to find a dental practice that truly listens and understands your needs. At Exquisite Dental Implant Center, we combine clinical precision with a patient-first approach, treating every individual with grace, respect, and the time they deserve. You’ll never feel rushed or like just another case. Our goal is to deliver advanced implant solutions that not only restore your smile but also enhance your overall quality of life.

What are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of medical-grade titanium, surgically embedded into the jawbone. They support a natural-looking crown that mimics your real tooth in appearance and function.
Unlike dentures or bridges, implants integrate directly with the bone, preventing bone loss and preserving your natural facial structure.

What Are All-on-X Implants?

All-on-X implants are an advanced full-arch solution that replaces a complete row of teeth using just a few strategically placed implants. This approach offers fewer implants, faster recovery, and a more efficient alternative to traditional methods.

Ultratooth vs. Traditional Implants

  • Choose Ultratooth If You...

    • Want a new smile immediately

    • Prefer fewer appointments and minimal downtime

    • Can’t go without teeth for long due to work, confidence, or social reasons

    • Want to eat normally the same day

    • Value cutting-edge technology with FDA clearance

    • Want to avoid bone grafts or extra surgeries when possible

  • Choose Traditional Implants If You...

    • Are okay with a longer treatment timeline

    • Don’t mind wearing a temporary denture while healing

    • Prefer a slightly lower upfront cost

    • Have complex dental issues that require custom staged treatment

    • Prefer well-established method with decades of history

Meet The Dentists

Dr. Nathaniel Williams, DDS

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Williams has built his practice on a strong foundation of surgical expertise and genuine compassion. A graduate of Meharry Medical College, he went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, followed by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the prestigious Harbor UCLA Medical Center. His comprehensive training and years of hands-on experience have enabled him to perform more complex implant and full-mouth restoration cases in a single month than most surgeons handle in six months—giving him an unparalleled depth of experience with the most challenging procedures in oral surgery.

This extensive case volume, combined with years of specialized training, has positioned Dr. Williams as one of the most technically skilled practitioners in his field. He routinely handles complex reconstructive cases, intricate implant procedures, and full-mouth rehabilitations that require both surgical precision and comprehensive treatment planning. His expertise has reached such a level that he now teaches other dentists advanced surgical techniques—a testament to the mastery he's achieved through thousands of successful procedures.

What truly sets Dr. Williams apart, however, is his dedication to his patients and his belief that a smile truly can change lives. Now based in Atlanta and married for over 10 years with three children, he understands the importance of family and brings that same caring approach to every patient interaction. Despite his advanced technical capabilities and busy surgical schedule, he recognizes the anxiety many people feel about complex dental procedures and strives to provide a welcoming, reassuring environment. From taking the time to clearly explain intricate treatment options to offering a listening ear during what can be an overwhelming process, Dr. Williams goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels comfortable, respected, and understood—knowing they're in the hands of a surgeon whose expertise is trusted by his peers throughout the dental community.

FAQs

What does the procedure entail?

The process is efficient and minimally invasive. It begins with a consultation and digital imaging to create your treatment plan. During surgery, four implants are placed, and temporary teeth are attached the same day. Over three to six months, the implants fuse with your bone before your permanent custom restoration is placed.

How long is the procedure?

The surgical procedure typically takes two and a half to four hours per arch, depending on individual needs.

How long is recovery?

First 24 to 48 hours: Some swelling and discomfort, managed with medication.

First week: Patients should stick to soft foods and avoid excessive chewing. Most patients return to normal daily activities within a few days following surgery.

Three to six months: The implants fully integrate with the jawbone, allowing for maximum strength and stability.

Who is a Candidate?

Ideal for patients with multiple missing teeth or dentures who want a long-term, fixed solution. Many qualify even with some bone loss.

How long will will the implants last?

With proper care, All-on-X implants can last a lifetime.

- Titanium implant posts are designed for permanent stability.

- Prosthetic teeth may need replacement after 10 to 15 years, depending on wear.

- Regular check-ups and good oral hygiene can extend the lifespan of your implants.

How do I care for full mouth implants?

- Brush twice daily with a soft-bristle toothbrush.

- Use a non-abrasive toothpaste to protect the prosthetic teeth.

- Floss under the implant bridge with a water flosser.

- Schedule regular cleanings with our team for long-term implant health.
